Hundreds of  visitors to the Morgan County Fair became more informed about their environment thanks to the Sleepy Creek and Warm Springs Watershed Associations. Here Chuck Marsh demonstrates the effects of stormwater runoff to a group of visitors from Williamsburg. Many people expressed interest in making their own rain gardens and  took free copies of our how-to brochure. Thanks to great weather, there was a constant stream of people stopping by to ask questions and take brochures.
