Stan has resided in Morgan County since 2007, having moved here from Maryland. He is a retired US Army and NIH microbiologist. In addition to serving on the Sleepy Creek board, Stan is also on the board for Warm Springs Run Watershed Association and is a former board member of the Potomac Riverkeepers Network.
