Jeff grew up on the Missouri River in rural South Dakota. After obtaining a college degree, he traveled the world as a Professional Frisbee Player. Jeff moved to Morgan County in 2019 and soon became involved in both local watershed associations and works for the Cacapon Institute as CommuniTree Coordinator.
